Refunds.....
- You must contact us within five days of receipt of your order.
- No returns after 15 days of receipt of your order date.
- We do not offer returns on die cut orders.
- We do not offer returns on any order that are not damaged by us.
- Return shipping is the customers responsibility, unless you have received a damaged or wrong product.
- Damaged products must be returned and will be exchanged with same item and color or a credit given.
- All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. *Determined on a per order/situation basis.
*** If an order is cancelled after it has been processed, it is considered a return and may be subject to a restocking fee.
